I am passionate about helping people unpeel their layers. Alongside my coaching toolkit, I bring 19 years of corporate experience, my various life ‘adventures’, and my authentic, enthusiastic self.

Why Engage in Coaching?
We wouldn’t expect to improve our physical health without effort. We accept that to improve circulation, strength, fitness and wellness, there will be effort involved, a plan, and time, to set the impovements in motion.
Our brains house our mindset, right next to our experiences, emotions, internal narrative and unconscious influences. How can we expect to do this without time and effort? Like going to the gym, we must put time, investment and focus into our mindset.
A good coach will provide a non-judgemental, action-orientated sounding board for you to finish off the thoughts that are hard to conclude.
A good coach will ask powerful questions, whilst supporting and guiding your thinking and raising your awareness of your bespoke blockers.
A good coach wants you to bounce away from sessions feeling like you’ve got closer to YOU and YOUR UNIQUE WAY of moving forward.

Ok, what exactly will Coaching involve?
With me as your coach, we will talk, you will spill, I will ask questions, call out unhelpful themes, I will reflect things back to you for you to navigate through.
When we think in our own heads, we stop at the first gate. Coaching encourages you to wade through the mud to tackle the hard beliefs and blockers, to get you to a true conclusion.
Coaching with me feels like your brain got smarter at the thinking because we bring the whole-self into it ~ creatively replacing some ‘hardcore thinking’ with the lesser-invited ‘creative thinking’ (i.e. how humans get to the truest solutions). This looks different for every individual but it could be walking, colouring, crafting, music…
Using tools and tasks, a whole heap of experience, empathy and intuition, I am a forum for you to think-out-loud. I facilitate understanding yourself; how you learn, how you communicate, how you prefer to be communicated to, what drives, enlivens and motivates you.
Together, we’ll explore:
- Your Strengths (what do people put your forward for in work or play?)
- Your Passions (what would your TED Talk be on?)
- Your Communication Style, Preferences & Needs (instantly valuable in work & life)
- Your Joys (what makes you feel so entirely and excitedly you?)
- Your Goals (the unconscious ones, too)
- Your Blockers (are you even aware of some of them?)
My job is to host, guide, inspire, challenge, and support you to develop effective you-shaped strategies to confidently navigate forwards.
I will be there every step of the way for support, reminders, celebration and for keeping you accountable.
You will realise YOU ARE CAPABLE and you’ll soon realise how obvious it becomes to everyone around you, too
The Power of Nature
My recipe for thinking brilliance is movement and nature, hence my favourite coaching format, ‘Walk & Talk’!
- Physical movement boosts circulation in our limbs and (Brain) lobes, so walking & fresh air fires up neurons in our over-thinking brains
- Nature reduces stress levels and boosts dopamine. Yes please.
- Nature boosts a lesser-known human-sense; proprioception (a sense of where we are in the world)
- Walking elevates the heart rate, boosts energy and activates muscles (amongst other health benefits)
- The informal setting, plus the removal of ourselves from our home/work stimuli, hugely facilitate expanive, free thinking
Bringing nature, walking, and coaching together gives us (literal) space, as well as permission, to think big.
We think smarter, not harder.
