Hello! I’m Kate, a Senior Registered Yoga Teacher with 12 years experience, 40+ yoga clients, and an excitable soul!
First London, then Manchester, I have taught yoga to complete beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners. I have hosted events for big brands, front-footed corporates and sports teams, and, taught yoga flows at festivals.
I am passionate about the benefits of yoga to help us live our lives easier and healthier, and I would love to welcome you to the mat.
I host 5 Yoga Classes a week in Cheadle Hulme + Online.
I host bi-monthly Yoga Workshops in Cheadle Hulme.
I teach Private Sessions locally + Online, helping clients with medical conditions or stacked schedules .
I specialise in Yoga for Sports and Athletes.
I am passionate about the infinite rewards of a yoga practise – I would love to share that with you!

Why Practice Yoga?
Yoga has immediate and long-lasting effects, both obvious and subtle, and on both physical and mental health.
It is a fantastic way of future-proofing your body to cope better with the challenges of ageing, to bring balance to constantly over-stimulated nervous systems, and to prime your joints and muscles to enhance a sport.
I couldn’t live my active life without my yoga practise, and I was NOT sold on yoga when I first started as a marathon runner turned ME/CFS sufferer, but now I won’t shut up about it’s genuinely incredible benefits! Benefits such as…….

Spring 2025 Bundle
YAY to lighter evenings! I aim to bring joy & NOT extra admin into your lives. THUS, the NEW Spring Bundle runs over a 13 week period and includes 11 weeks of ‘Weekly Yoga’ Classes (No classes over the Easter fortnight, however, AD-HOC CLASSES may run if appetite).
Nutshell: If your chosen class runs in any of these months, it’s on!
Away for some weeks? Don’t worry! Option to make MULTIPLE Single Bookings in one go, to secure your place in your class with flex, too.

Familiar Flow

Vinyasa Flow Yoga for those who have a regular practise and welcome snippets of newness and challenge. Can I be clear: You don’t have to bendy wendy with an advanced practise! This session simply allows me to throw in newness and challenge, for you to take or leave.
Expect energizing, releasing yoga with pranayama and relaxation. This is a charismatic and warm group, and we welcome new faces to join our Monday joy!

Vinyasa Flow For All

Energizing, releasing yoga with expert guideance, breathwork and relaxation.
Vinyasa flow yoga with modifications and/or advancements available for all levels whether brand-spanking-new, or more familiar – you will be (positively) challenged and encouraged in equal measure!

Functional Flow Yoga
Functional Flow is a Yoga Class with an anatomical, functional style.
This class supports common sporting movement profiles (running, cycling, climbing, racket sports), common injuries, areas of focus, joint support, muscle rehabilitation and to complement and enhance both your chosen sport activity, and/or your mobility and life!
- Yoga for stretching & restoring muscles. Boosting circulation and blood flow to joints, mucles, tendons, ligaments.
- Full-body range of movement
- Strength building & joint bearing.
- Breathwork to balance nervous system, promote calm & restorative sleep.
This a predomiantly male space (not intentionally nor exclusively) dedicated to provide movement no frills, no pretence, just the foundations of flow yoga with functional focus.
Welcomes tight limbs, active athletes, old injuries, beginners, all!
I specialise in yoga for sport and athletes, I bring anatomical, rehabilitative knowledge.

FRIDAY
Flow & Fundamentals
9:15 - 10:15am
An energising, uplifting morning class, sequenced to provide familiarity but variety, safety but challenge.
Perfect for beginners and learners, whilst adaptable for people with a deeper practise.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga with breathwork and relaxation. This class focuses on yoga fundamentals and introduces the brilliant basics in a knowledgable and relatable way.

Yoga For Athletes
As a specialist in yoga for sport and athletes, I am passionate about yoga complementing a rigorous routine.
An ex-marathon runner, Hell Runner, Pole Dancer, Swimmer & 5k jogger, I know the complementary benefits personally, and now, professionally.
Yoga isn’t only for supporting injury rehabilitation.
Yoga for sports people and athletes focuses on enhancing stability, flexibility and range of motion. Functional stretches and specialist modifications support over-used muscles and lesser-accessed ones. Breathwork and relaxation techniques help active individuals reduce tension and improve restful, restoriative sleep. All of this leads to a stronger, more stable overall performance.

Private Yoga Tuition
Private yoga tuition is bespoke to your needs and goals. Each sequence is written specifically for you. You don’t even have to leave home!
1:1, 1:2 and Small Group Yoga is available to beginners seeking familiarity, advanced clients wishing to push their practise further, during pregnancy (14-42 weeks), or, for people managing medical conditions, injuries and/or hectic schedules.
Sessions are deeply routed in anatomical knowledge to ensure you progress safely while having fun.

Friday 28th March 2025
7 – 8:30pm
£30 pp
Keeping us sane in a whirlwind of wintery weather and routine, come and spend 90-mins to completely reset
A low-flow practise to lossen up limbs and bring your mind to a calm start, we will spend majority of these sessions finding space in key joints, using breathwork to calm, and utilising bolsters and blankets to create a true sancturary for relaxation in the body and mind.

• 200-hr Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher, in Vinyasa Flow Yoga, 2014.
• 60-hr Yoga Alliance certified Rocket Yoga teacher, 2016.
• 40-hour Yoga Alliance certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher, 2017.
• Specialist in Yoga for Sport and Athletes, professional mentorship from Yoga professionals in the Premier League and main Sporting Bodies, 2024.
