I’m Kate. An Executive Coach, Senior Yoga Teacher, a runner, a mum and an ex-media-agency-Leader. I spent 19 years in London and Manchester offices, had a burn-out at 29, rebuilt from the nervous system up, and carried on striving. Yoga transformed my health. Coaching transformed the way I see myself and how I show up in the world.
Both helped me understand what I’m good at and what excites me. Both are now my work.
What I do at Elevate is practical and human.
Grounded.
Body-based or brain-based, sometimes both.
You don’t need to have lost yourself to be here.
You just need to want more: more clarity, more strength, more showing up in your own life.

I was a leader myself for 6 years of the 19 years I worked in London and Manchester in global and tiny full-service media agencies. An incredible foundation, there I found my zone of genius: Human behaviour.
Now a certified Executive Coach, I work with organisations, leaders and individuals navigating growth, transition, or the realisation that the world moved fast and something important got left behind. I help people get clear on who they are as a person and then a leader, what they’re genuinely good at, and how to lead from that place.

Elevate Yoga celebrates so much more than movement.
Elevate Yoga is grounded, anatomical, and designed for real bodies doing real things.
People come for different reasons. Better mobility. Less stress. Stronger foundations. A body that performs and recovers well. Or simply to carve out an hour that is entirely theirs.
I’m a Senior Yoga Teacher with 13 years’ experience, and I teach with curiosity, precision and genuine encouragement. No mysticism. No performative flexibility. Just intelligent movement that builds strength, improves mobility, and gives your nervous system room to settle.
I specialise in Yoga for Sport and Athletes, and I’ve long championed Yoga for Men: mobility-focused, strength-aware, and built for people who don’t think yoga is for them (yet).
I offer weekly classes, private tuition, an online video library and corporate yoga events.
You’ll be met exactly where you are. Every time.
Throughout my time working with Kate she has boosted my confidence so much that friends and family have noticed a change in me, saying I am back to myself.
Kate encouraged me to look at options to ensure I could be more present with my friends/family, not let work take over as much and to continue to work on living my life in line with my values and what ‘fills me up’.
I am a former rugby player who had comically poor flexibility.
