I’m Kate – Executive Coach, Senior Yoga Teacher and former Managing Partner with 20 years inside fast-moving corporate agencies. I combine nervous system science, hands-on experience in strategy, client-management and leadership, and over a decade of working with movement to help people think clearly, lead confidently and live a life that feels like their own.

Through Coaching, I work with senior leaders and professionals navigating redundancy.

Through Yoga, I help individuals feel better in their bodies, nervous systems and their minds.

Elevate Coaching helps people think clearly, lead confidently and move forward with purpose. Working with organisations, leaders and professionals, I help people connect who they are to what they do.

Whether navigating growth, transition or uncertainty, I create space to help professionals explore creative problem solving, growth planning, personal changes, leadership styles, transitions and so much more.

My coaching blends 20 years of corporate leadership experience with accredited, psychologically informed practice. I bring curiosity, strategy and warmth to my coaching, with the aim to connect insight and action.

I offer Leadership, Executive and Redundancy Coaching for leaders, business owners and individuals seeking a credible, experienced strategic thinking partner.

Elevate Yoga is more than movement. Through accessible, intuitive sequences, we use breath, strength, challenge and stillness to reconnect you with your body, your resilience and your capacity for calm and energy in everyday life.

A Senior Yoga Teacher with 12+ years’ experience, I teach with curiosity, anatomical expertise and genuine encouragement. My work includes weekly classes, private tuition, an online video library and corporate yoga events. I specialise in yoga for sport and athletes, and have championed Yoga for Men to bring mobility-focused movement and guidance for strength, recovery and everyday ease to people who don’t think yoga is for them.

Whether to build strength, find balance or release stress, you’ll be met where you are and supported safely and enthusiastically!

Throughout my time working with Kate she has boosted my confidence so much that friends and family have noticed a change in me, saying I am back to myself.

Kate encouraged me to look at options to ensure I could be more present with my friends/family, not let work take over as much and to continue to work on living my life in line with my values and what ‘fills me up’.
