Coaching with me is about helping you find your way forward when things feel unclear, uncertain, or just not quite like you anymore.

My clients are professionals, leaders and humans in transition.
People who’ve reached a point where the old ways of working or living don’t fit as well as they used to.
They want clarity, confidence and direction, but not through quick fixes or borrowed frameworks.

I bring together 20 years of corporate leadership experience, deep understanding of human behaviour and an approach that combines grounded strategy with genuine care.

Specialist Redundancy Coaching

I provide support to people navigating uncertainty specifically after redundancy. I have experienced redundancy as an employer and as a Leader, as a team-mate, as a mum, and as a mortgage payer. 

I have created a programme that address what many miss – acceptance and processing of the experience. Once the nervous system is out of fight mode, we are able to speed up the process of ‘coming out the other side’.

I help individuals move forward with confidence and purpose.

Who I Work With

I work with people who are ready to understand themselves better and move forward with clarity.

They’re often in a season of change – professional, personal, physical (sometimes all three) –  and want space to think differently, make confident decisions, and reconnect with what really matters.

Some are leaders or managers navigating the pressure of responsibility.
Some are professionals exploring career change or redundancy.
Others simply know something needs to shift, but can’t yet see what or how.

What they share is curiosity, openness and a belief that there must be another way.
They’ve usually tried to figure things out on their own – but are now ready for a partnership that blends challenge, warmth and accountability.

What does Coaching involve?

Coaching is a conversation, where you do most of the talking and your Coach does most of the listening.

Because when we think about things ourselves, we too easily stop when it gets hard. Your Coach nudges you to continue the thinking, particularly at the hard points, enabling you to tackle unsconsious blockers or unhelpful beliefs, so that you come to solutions.

I use Coaching exercises, tools and tasks, alongside experience and intuition, to help you. I help you understand yourself.

I ask questions, call out themes and reflect back. This unearths deep-rooted mindset norms that could be pivotal in your path forward.

In our Coaching sessions we might explore:

  • Your Strengths (what do people put your forward for in work or play?)
  • Your Passions (what would your TED Talk be on?)
  • Your Communication Style, Preferences & Needs (Giving vs receiving info? Visual, Auditory, Kinetic?)
  • Your Joys (what makes you feel so entirely and excitedly you?)
  • Your Goals (the unconscious ones, too)
  • Your Blockers (are you even aware of some of them?)

My role as your Coach is to host, guide, inspire, challenge and support you. I will be there every step of the way!

Walk & Talk Coaching

Walking, outside, in nature, makes humans feel better and think optimally. It literally helps us think! Nature, walking, and coaching gives us literal space and permission, to think big.
It creates a
sense of freedom, clarity, and a crystal clear view of priorities. It can give a big spoonful of awe, too, depending on the views! Why?

  • Physical movement boosts Circulation to our brain, firing up neurons for clearer thinking.
  • Nature reduces stress levels, boosts dopamine and promotes mindfulness, leading to 60% boosted creativity (A Stanford Study, 2014).
  • Nature boosts Proprioception; a sense of where we are in the world; helping us to get ‘out of the weeds’.
  • Walking elevates heart rate, boosts energy and activates muscles.
  • Walking outside boosts Vitamin D and provides vital natural light to balance natural Circadium Rhythmn.
  • Being away from home/work stimuli facilitates expansive thinking.

All Sessions are available as Walk & Talks

As your Coach & Route Lead, I provide what we need to capture Coaching outcomes. I know the route, toilet stops, and a bring water and First Aid kit.
I will share a ‘check list’ beforehand, including What To Bring & parking.

We can Walk & Talk virtually, too!

Don’t be put off if you want to walk but live too far away, because we can take the Coaching Call with us! Grab headphones, take respective walks.All the perks, none of the logistics.
