Elevate is me: Kate Oates. Founder. Coach. Former Managing Partner. Nervous system nerd.
19 years in fast-moving London and Manchester agencies gave me firsthand experience of the pressure, the pitches, the brilliant teams and the burnout. I’ve led from the front, navigated the politics, managed the 360s and come out the other side knowing exactly what leaders need more of: space, clarity and someone credible to think with.
My qualifications are self-funded and self-driven, pursued while working full-time because I knew this was the work I was made for. I bring that same energy and conviction to every session.
I’m direct, warm and occasionally funny. I’ll ask the question you’re avoiding, challenge the pattern keeping you stuck, and help you access what’s already there. Whether I’m working with a new manager navigating their first tough team dynamic or supporting a senior leader through a restructure, the aim is always the same: feel better, think better, lead better.
