Corporate Yoga
I extend my Corporate Services to Workplace Yoga – events, weeklies, virtual – a moving meditation in all forms.
I’ve taken movement, enthusiasm and calm to boardrooms (Comic Relief), event spaces (HarperCollins), cafés (Dentsu), and warehouses! (L’Oréal).
With 13 years of experience and an ease with large audiences, I bring professionalism, encouragement and a (your-)brand-aligned experience to employees.
My corporate yoga events energise teams, reduce stress and create space for celebration, reward, or reset. Whether it’s a dynamic flow to boost energy or a grounding session to reset the mind, each class is tailored to your team—helping them move, breathe, and thrive.
I work with large businesses committed to doing Corporate Wellness the right way. I provide practical input on the process, including paperwork, logistics and key considerations (I’ve done this a lot of times before!)

Elevate Coaching adheres to a code of ethics followed by The Association for Coaches (AC).
I am a fully insured, Senior Registered Yoga Teacher, by the Yoga Alliance with extensive CPD training. I provide certificates, insurance documents, a contract template, and recommendation on the planning, logistical and delivery of your event.
