Future Leaders Coaching
- I have extended Elevate Leadership Coaching to pre-Leadership individuals, having had the pleasure of helping a client navigate their application to C-suite (successfully!) This is Monthly 1:1 Coaching for people on the cusp of leadership responsibility.

- Create a 90-day-plan (or similar) ahead of, or during, Interview or Promotion stage.
Whole Human Coaching
- The best teams have self-awareness running right through them! Not everyone is motivated by workplace outcome, but, with individualised support, organisations can benefit from their best outcome at work.
- Whole human coaching recognises that not everyone wants to talk project management or team politics strategies. Sometimes, realising that if you prioritised hiking twice a year with friends, or learning a skill you’ve put off for years, is what will renew your energy, is the magic ingredient to boosting work motivation.
- The physical and mental wellbeing of your team is the fuel behind your output. Coaching helps people become the best version of their whole human selves, which in turn, fuels them to bring their best to work in their work hours. Workshop Your Work
- A one-off, fiercely-focused Coaching session. 3 hour workshops designed to unblock, strategise and ACTIVATE whatever project has become ‘stuck’ or tangled.
- With my expertise in Strategy and Activation, years in project coordination and with my Coaching hat ready to expose tricky blockers you might not wish to admit (!), a ‘Workshop Your Work’ session brings non-competitive, supportive and unbiased objectivity to your workplace tangles.
- Think out loud, lay it all on the table and come up with a realistic plan to move forward.
- I get right into the problem with you and 3 hours later, you leave relieved, excited and crystal clear on what comes next.
- These sessons MUST be in-person, at office or private working space. All stationary equipment provided.
